Fence Installation & Repair services in Bushland
Most Bushland fence jobs are measured in acres, not feet. The community sits along Interstate 40 west of Amarillo in Potter County and has no city government of its own. Families move here for the school district and for room, so the typical property is a house on one acre or more with a shop building, a well, a septic field and sometimes horses. A fence here often has two parts: a privacy or ornamental section around the house and pool, and a longer pipe, wire or chain link run around the rest. Before we dig we need to know where the septic lines, water line and any propane line run, because the 811 locate does not mark lines an owner put in. There is very little to slow the wind on this side of town, so tall solid sections get heavier posts.

Permits and local rules
Bushland is not inside a city, so there is no city fence ordinance. Deed restrictions and homeowner association rules in each subdivision usually set the fence type and height instead. Read your restrictions before you choose a fence, and ask the county about anything near a county road or drainage easement.
