Fence Installation & Repair services in Pampa
Pampa is the Gray County seat and the largest town on the east side of our service area. It grew with oil, gas and cattle, and much of its housing went up between the 1920s and the 1960s on regular town lots with alleys. Older Pampa fences are often a mix: chain link on one side, cedar pickets on another, a neighbor's fence on the third. When one side fails, the question is whether to match it or start a plan for the whole yard, and we lay out both. The city's rules are simple and published. A fence up to eight feet tall that does not hold back soil needs no building permit, front yard fences stop at four feet, and no fence may sit in the right of way. On alley lots we find the property pins before setting a back line.

Permits and local rules
The City of Pampa permit manual says fences that are not over 8 feet tall and are not retaining are exempt from a building permit. It limits fences to 4 feet in the front yard and 8 feet in the rear yard, and a fence cannot be in any right of way.
