Should I repair or replace my fence?
Repair when one stretch is damaged and the other posts are firm. Replace when the repair nears half the cost of a new fence or most posts are loose.
Who pays for a fence between neighbors?
Texas has no law that splits the cost. A neighbor generally owes nothing toward a boundary fence unless he or she agreed to share it.
